RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY


 Return & Exchange Policy

At Teefit, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges.

Returns

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

  • Item Condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags still attached.

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Items marked as final sale

    • Gift cards

    • Customized or personalized items

Exchanges

  • Need a different size or color? No problem. We offer free exchanges for the same item, depending on availability.

  • If you’d prefer a different item, please return your purchase and place a new order.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at teefitt.pk@gmail.com with your order number and request (return or exchange).

  2. We'll send you a Return Authorization and instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue a refund or ship your exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of return approval.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Received the wrong product or something damaged? We're sorry! Please reach out within 3 days of receiving your order, and we’ll fix it right away.
